Mona Impact is led by Sophie Griffiths, a fundraising and grantmaking strategist with over a decade of experience across the UK charity and funding sectors.
Since 2012, Sophie has secured and distributed over £28 million for social justice causes — contributing to meaningful changes in policy and practice across gender-based violence, LGBTQ+ rights, and youth work.
